1. Data controller

GlobalTronic S.A. ("GlobalTronic") is responsible for the personal data collected through globaltronicgroup.com.

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email and message (required); company, phone, country and industry (optional).
• WhatsApp: your number and the content of the conversation, when you message us there.
• Browsing data (Google Analytics): pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate city or country, and referring site. Collected through cookies only if you accept them.
• Technical data: IP address and hosting server logs, for security purposes.

3. Purpose

We use your data only to:

• respond to your request for information, a demo or a quote;
• follow up commercially on that request;
• measure how the site is used in order to improve it;
• protect the site against abuse.

We do not use your data for other purposes without your prior consent, and we do not sell it.

4. Nature of the data

Fields marked as required are necessary for us to respond; if you do not provide them, we cannot handle your request. Optional data improves our response but is not essential.

5. Consent

By checking the box "I have read and accept the Privacy Policy" and submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your data under this policy. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@globaltronicgroup.com. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect.

6. Recipients and providers

Your data is processed with technology providers acting on behalf of GlobalTronic:

• web hosting (Hostinger);
• email (Microsoft 365);
• analytics (Google Analytics), with your consent;
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose that channel.

Some of these providers may store information outside Nicaragua. By accepting this policy, you consent to that transfer, limited to the purposes described here.

7. Cookies

The site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept them in the cookie notice. You can decline them, or withdraw your consent at any time, through the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. If you decline, the site works the same.

8. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for up to 12 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we will keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period required by law. After those periods, we delete it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity, confidentiality and security of your data. The people involved in processing it are bound by professional secrecy.

10. Your rights

Under Law No. 787, the Personal Data Protection Law of Nicaragua, you may:

• access your data;
• rectify or update it;
• have it deleted;
• object to its processing.

To exercise these rights, write to info@globaltronicgroup.com with your name and your request. We will respond within 10 business days. Rectification is free of charge.

We may update this policy. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
